BUILDING AND GROUNDS AND ASSET MANAGEMENT

Maintaining the buildings and grounds of a facility is extremely important to Owners who cannot always be present to assess their investment on their own.  Foremost Management Services, Inc. will be responsible for implementing systems, procedures and controls for building repair and maintenance. This is done in the following manner:
  • Develop a preventative maintenance schedule for all equipment.
  • Oversee and inspect semi-annual cleaning of all units.
  • Implementation of semi-annual inventory of all Renting units.
  • Application and renewal for appropriate licenses and permits.
  • Capital needs assessment and maintaining proper reserve funds.
  • Negotiate contracts for subcontractor services and purveyor relationships.
  • Experienced in opening  new properties.
  • Experienced in renovation and refurbishing.
