Foremost provides the necessary leadership to help a property meet its objectives with the following methods:


  • Training and staff development.
  • Employee Relations.
  • Developing, analyzing and implementing employee compensation packages, benefits and recognition and retention programs.
  • Assists in the development and supervision of hourly staff.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions for the Director of Operations, front desk, housekeeping, laundry and maintenance personnel.
  • Work with and develop the Director of Operations including quarterly performance reviews.
  • Develop and maintain checklists for daily activities for the Director of Operations, front desk, housekeeping, laundry and maintenance personnel.
  • Involvement in staff meetings.
  • Supervise hiring/firing and cross training of all hourly personnel and develop a staffing model.
  • Develop and implement a policy and procedures manual.
  • Conduct exit interviews with all employees.
  • Make recommendations to the Board of Directors for hiring and firing of any managerial positions and any managerial compensation and bonus.
